Please remember: your order may come in separate packages if you have multiple item orders. Please allow 10-12 business days for order delivery. Delivery times outside of the United States will be slightly longer. Sometimes logistics delays do occur, so please contact us if you need help tracking down your order. HOW CAN I CANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you need to make any changes to your order, such as shipping address and/or items ordered, please email us at support@mymemoryring.com within two hours of making your purchase. The subject line of this email must read 'CHANGE OF ORDER' for the request to be processed.
Once an order has been placed, you cannot cancel that order. Please contact us via phone/text for help with cancellations at 1-833-MYRINGS (697-4647).

WHY DOES MY TRACKING INFORMATION SAY "PRE-SHIPMENT -- SHIPPING LABEL CREATED -- USPS AWAITING ITEM -- FRANKLIN, OH"?
Your shipping label is produced the same day you place your order. It takes time to process your order and ship to us from our manufacturer. Our team then ships out your order to you, and USPS will then scan it into their system. Your order will then begin to track for you, and it should arrive soon thereafter.
WHY DOES IT TAKE SO LONG TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
In order for us to offer our HIGH QUALITY products at such ridiculously LOW PRICES, we must utilize our ISO 9001 Certified overseas manufacturers to produce our products. Fulfillment is completed and the order is shipped from our facilities in Franklin, OH directly to you.
WHY DIDN’T I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
Please make sure you carefully check your inbox, including your junk/spam folders. If you still cannot find your confirmation email, please email support@mymemoryring.com to ensure you provided the correct email during checkout, and our support team will assist you in resolving the issue.
AM I ABLE TO PICK UP MY ORDER OR DROP OFF A RETURN?
Orders purchased online cannot be picked up in store as these purchases are sent directly to our fulfillment company. All returns are to be addressed with our online Customer Service team. Please email support@mymemoryring.com if you have any other questions.
WHAT CURRENCY IS USED ON THE MY MEMORY RING WEBSITE?
All prices on our website are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Your bank will convert the total amount charged on your statement to your local currency. This is the reason your confirmation email amount may differ from the amount on your bank statement.
WHAT IF I MADE A MISTAKE WITH MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
If you have made a mistake in your shipping address, please email support@mymemoryring.com within two hours of placing your order. You must make the subject line 'CHANGE OF ADDRESS' and provide your full name, order number, and corrected shipping address.
MY ORDER STATUS IS 'UNFULFILLED’; WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?
If your order status is shown as 'unfulfilled', this simply means your order has not yet been dispatched, but the payment has been successfully processed. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email to confirm your order has been fulfilled, and then another email providing you with a tracking number.
OUR PRODUCTS ARE NOT INDESTRUCTIBLE. ALL JEWELRY SHOULD BE REMOVED DURING HOUSEHOLD CHORES, ANY STRENUOUS ACTIVITIES, AND WHILE SHOWERING/BATHING.
